other mental health challenges from my intense ten-season career in the NHL,
including two Stanley Cup wins with the Chicago Blackhawks, I finally found a

Onward’s 10-room licensed mushroom service center, located just 20 minutes from Portland’s PDX airport, provides a welcoming and comforting environment for transformative experiences. Here, trained facilitators guide clients through the preparation, ceremony, and integration of their mushroom experience, all with the aim of enhancing their lives.
We guide you through discussion, education, and evaluation to prepare for your mushroom experience. Alongside completing the necessary state paperwork, you’ll gain the knowledge and mental readiness needed to set intentions and expectations for a successful outcome. The appropriate dosage will be determined, and the duration of your experience will be explained, helping you to fully prepare for your administration session.
Before your session begins, you’ll review your goals and techniques with your facilitator, then ease into your journey. The facilitator will stay with you throughout the session, ensuring your comfort and providing support. According to Oregon state guidelines, participants must remain at the service center under the facilitator’s supervision for a set period, which varies depending on the psilocybin dose.
This crucial step supports you in processing and making sense of your mushroom experience, helping you to integrate the insights into your daily life. We offer ongoing coaching opportunities, including additional sessions with Onward coaches and group experiences where you can share your insights and listen to the experiences of others. Engaging in collaboration and community strengthens and deepens your understanding of these insights.
